Offline Coder — Local AI for Coding & Creative Work

Run your AI on your PC

Offline Coder is a Windows desktop assistant for coding, learning, documents and creative projects. Use hardware guidance to choose a free local model and engine, then download them and run local inference on your own PC.

Local chats and project files stay on your computer. Internet access is needed to download models, check updates and activate a license. Optional online services connect only when enabled and used.

More than coding

• Work with project files using search, diagnostics and reviewable approvals.
• Choose from 86 focused specialist instruction roles for programming, learning, practical skills and creative work.
• Create editable Blender scenes, basic 3D shapes and procedural textures with separately installed creative apps.
• Draft stories and documents, or edit images locally.
• Generate images locally with separately installed ComfyUI and a compatible model, or choose an optional online image service.
• Use computer control for supported browser and Windows app tasks, with approval for each action.

Specialists guide your selected model; they are not separate expert models. Review the model's answers and generated files. Performance depends on your PC, model and configuration.
